I would like to do the upcoming Incursions event to obtain the third t3a I need to become Valiant, but I am a bit scared and uncertain, if my roster is good enough.

So please, be honest: with average skills, this roster and 1900 units, do you think I could make it to Zone 25? I know we don't know everything just yet, but if it was clear that I can't, I better not waste time on this, and focus on other areas of the game.

    No Herc, you can only use X-Magica and Magic Thief tagged champs.

    Well bud it honestly depends on your luck. Do you have a lot of time to spend on? Then practice and try to get a clean run atleast upto 20 rooms. And with 1900 units you can clear the last 5 rooms.

    Also there are many players out there who are willing to help. Even we can have a run but I suck in incursions as wlel 😭

    If you're good with Kate, then yes. If you're not good with that perfect release, it may be hard.

    The rest will be hard since you're champs are low/not very diverse. But if you're also good with Kate, then you can also do necro.

    My honest assessment? It will be quite difficult and mostly up to RNG.

    You have a couple champs that synergize well with the armor break hacks (CGR, Surfer), Buff Cornicopia (CGR, Surfer, Gorr), and Hemostatic Charge (Kilmonger, Namor, Nick Fury, Gorr, Kate with caltrops arrows, maybe Domino). Sorcerer Supreme and Spidey Supreme should benefit a lot from the new themed hacks. You could do some real damage if you get a good build with the right attackers.

    That being said, you have a pretty limited roster selection to bring in support if you hit tricky nodes. E.g., who would you use for Biohazard other than CGR? ...or a poison node? I agree with the previous suggestion to start a few runs and see how far you get without using any resources. With a 5-min cooldown on your champs, you can wait for a good, deep starting run before you make the decision to spend down your potions and units.
