The reality is same 50-50 between i bom and bishop, bishop is clearly better than ibom but his 7* availability prevents his ranking up but for r3 it should bishop but i still vote for ibom bcoz you should first prefer her and boshop at 2nd prefernce

Really depends on where you are in the game. Based on pure value, Bishop is the best option followed by Ibom then Dragon Man but most people remove Bishop from running because he was in the very first set of 7*s to be released and doesnt need the awakening to be great.

By default therefore Ibom who benefits from the awakening and is not available as a 7* is the best choice. If 7*s are not part of your consideration then go for Bishop.

All of those are mid except for iBom Dragon Man and Bishop tbh. Bishop is the best out of the three thought that's for sure.

As your question is « only » for a 6r3, you are likely a Cavalier, or recently Thronebreaker.
I’d go for Immortal Abomination. I like his mechanisms and is not released at 7* at the moment.
