EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE

There was an issue with an offer that sent out a surplus of Tier 7 Basic Catalysts.
While the Game Team investigates a way to remedy this issue, we will be putting the Game into Emergency Maintanance.

We do not currently have an estimate on how long this will take, however, we will let you know as soon as we know anything.

    @JackTheSnack any solution found? I've restarted the game and completely restarted my phone... Not sure if I should wait to claim the milestones

    I just lost two champs because the game decides to crash mid fight …….. this is getting old

    same here man, i’m on an iphone 11, just getting outrageous at this point, i already claimed half my milestones, thinking it was just a visual error, hopefully they’re still there after the update.

    So, RECAP..

    Knull and Void crystal shards.

    Missing icon for them in Solo Event Milestones, as well as in Crystals-Special tab no crystal entry for those Knull and Void shards. And those initial Game Mail msgs too.

    BUGGED — Uncollected, Paragon, Valient.

    OK — Cavalier, ThroneBreaker.

    *** Anyone have anything different from this ?? (it was limited reporting as to progression for people reporting so far)

    And I assume that this is NOT related to whether you have automatically been promoted to new level because of expanded Progression (by # of ranked Champs) rules.
    (but maybe it is)
    My shards are OK, I'm in the group that had auto-promoted advancement.
