  Yes. You will need to buy 28 paragon/valiant crystals for 8400 units and get 2700 units back from milestones. Total cost out of pocket is 5700 units.

  Milestone 1: you need to buy 2x paragon/valiant crystal to reach. This is by far the best value.
  Milestone 2: you need buy another cavalier crystal to reach. Basically 2X T6B cost 150 units.
  Milestone 5: you are buying T6B x2, T3A x2, 6star shards x15K, T6CC selector x1, 7star shards x5K, 7star omega crystal x1 and 30x paragon/valiant crystal for 6300 units.
  Milestone 6: are you willing to spend 1650 units for T2 dust x200, 1x cavalier crystal and 5x paragon/valiant crystal?
