They already have a (under investigation) merged thread about BG Solo Event rewards.
See there, if part of what you are talking about is what looks like a drop in rewards.

Looks like its fixed now. As a suggestion the rewards could still be progression based. I am glad they fixed it at least and the rewards were not just for season 17

So another nerf post that turned out to be a bug ... Who would've thought.
