Hold Block at the start of the fight - Not registered

I been to a few match now, where I need to bate out Heavy, using mean Parry would get punished, and nowadays Dex and Parry seem to mix around a bit, so I usually hold block at the start of the fight and try to bate Heavy.

However so many match now, where I just end up "face blocked" because it seem the pressing block was not registered.

This also seem to have sometime mid fight too, quite a few tries again Iron First SoS, where I'm sure I'm pressing/holding block and just get "face blocked".

Does anyone else having this problem?

Yep, been going on for a while now… every once in a while I rationalize my thumb was too close to the striker button and it was registering a failed attempt to launch a striker that wasn’t available.

Other times I am no where near that button. With the choppiness of some of the game play, it’s just missing inputs.

One of the many annoyances of this precision fighting game where the precision occasionally just isn’t allowed to happen.
