Valiant since two weeks ago, I got a mystic gem from Necropolis completion (and saved it until now), and a mutant from Act 8. Bishop was pretty straightforward, I like the champion, and is my best 7 star mutant. The mystic was pretty difficult though. I was very torn between Juggernaut and Sasquatch, but got and awakened Destroyer from Titan crystal with Act 8 rewards and told "Screw it, that husk looks so dope". I find him really fun to just shred through things, and love its playstyle. Shang-Chi was for fun basically, I really like him, and he got me through a lot of content and he symbolizes the point when I started really pushing to improve in this game.
In case you want to check, I let hear a video of my Destroyer against Winter of Woe Hulkling. It is bad both in terms of gameplay (I had it just ranked when I decided to use him to complete the final path of the quest to get to the 21 points milestone) and video quality (my device is bad, and has very few memory available) but I hope you enjoy it. Note that I was fully boosted for this fight, with around 120k total health.
How much do you like and use your r3 Silk? I have her (awakened) at r2 and find her extremely fun to play. I also have Ham (unawakened) and find him just as fun to play. I'm sitting on my necro r3 gem and those 2 are at the top of my list. I'm already Valiant so neither are required for progression, however, either one would be super fun and I'd imagine hit really hard as an r3.
@jayb8008 I love my R3 SpiderHam. I’d have a hard time deciding if I had a R3 Silk awakened as I really like her also, but i think I’d still choose Ham as he is a bit more of a dual threat.

Ham is faster than silk on most matchups and is also a good defender
