AQ bonus buff not applying to Shuri as described.

Hi guys.
Just wanted to report that that the 'Critical Measures' AQ Buff that states 'while the attacker has any precision effect active, they passively gain True Accuracy', is not actually applying to Shuri.
As shown in the screenshots attached, When Nick Fury (and any non-buff immune champ) gets the precision buff from Dexterity, the true accuracy from the node is activated.
However, when Shuri gets her precision passives from throwing her sp1, she does not gain the true accuracy.
Can someone please confirm if this is working correctly as intended? Or if this is actually a bug?
