Beta shards not adding in the accounts

Hey! So i claimed the 7* shards that we got from 9.1 beta exploration..but it has not been added to my account

That seems to have happened to all of us that did the beta.

There have been lots of people reporting this since last night. And everyone wants to start a new thread about it.

Kabam replied this morning saying they are looking at getting the correct shards out to people.

Individual tickets to support won’t help, because it is something they will do for everyone (even those that don’t contact support because they saw it here instead).
