Can’t sign up for Raids next week

I always make a point to sign up to Raids as soon as I see that it is starting the following week, but it appears we can’t sign up for it at the moment?
There is normally a button that says Raid in the left side under where it says BG 1/2/3 but it’s not there, and the picture for AQ has the red warning triangle to clearly indicate that raids are a week away.
