Have a R2 Sig 60 7*. Underrated bullseye counter and a good double threat in bgs. Very good utility and also a huge block proficiency bonus during questing. Love him

For defensive utility he does. But nothing about sig (except bleed resistance) affects him on attack where he really shines anyway.

He is worth a r3, even unduped IMO

He’s great. L1 to get a few charges then L2 will melt 90% of fights, and if they’re still alive just repeat. Sig makes him absurdly tanky (unless you lose your armor up) but isn’t needed for damage output.

A lot of have chimed in on his dupe, but what about feeding him sig stones. Does he benefit much for the 7 star?

There's very little saga champs that benefit this time around and Guardian seems to be the most beneficial?

I remembered him to be best at max sig as 5/6*, so I doubt that had changed. The question usually for 7* is, how important is high sig vs low sig? I will say not critical for him. He is not Angela / Namor / Omega Red level dependent on max sig.
