The Live stream code not working for anyone else?

It says that I have claimed the livestream code but when i went in game i received none if the rewards and it says i have redeemed the max amount of coupons on the webstore. Is this happening to anyone else?

    can confirm, it did show the venompool image reward in the store for me but i got nothing in game. Little while later, i cant even log in store, it said xsolla having authentic issues
