How is this raid bug still a thing!

How has the loss all charges in raids not been fixed? I woke up this morning to the site of this. All charges have been lost off this Modok boss. Most everyone has blow their entire revive collection to get to this point and now everything is lost. We are decimated as we will probably not finish this raid boss now. How has Kabam not fixed this glitch? Of course no one wants to fess up that their game crashes I get that but this should not be a thing still. This issue has been around since the beginning of raids and is just sorry programming. Come on guys do better.

    This is awful for us. We were already at wits end trying to get the charges the first time. now we're royally screwed.

    This was not a fun fight for our alliance either. Thank god we didn't lose our raid charges. It still cost us dearly with all 10 of use using way too much resources to finish him off. AEgon, Domino, Silk being a bad attacker was a surprise.

    Our alliance lost all charges twice so far. It’s beyond frustrating and no one is going to buy raid revives at 200 units per when the charges built up keep getting removed. Need compensate for this ridiculous bug

    Feel like we are talking into the air. It's not the players fault the game is bugged.
