This new season of battlegrounds is impossible the matchmaking is so broken I'm using rank 3 6*s coming up against legends and valiant players with multiple rank 3 7*s how does kabam even comprehend putting us against eachother it's an unrealistic win especially in gold.

If u searched through posts about bgs u would know that seeding was messed up and that for lower accounts its been harder to climb due to seeding went wrong

It would have been easier if the seeding hasn't been messed up. That just actually made it all harder for now until the hardcopy grinders reach GC.

Bro I don’t even play this many matches in 3 days if I win them all, let alone lose them all. Just chill for a bit and push again later, why the rush to promote so early lol. Even if you were to promote you’d just have even worse matchups so what’s the point.

High tier players are in the bubble with everyone else, battling other high tier players. We get a few squash matches, then we get squashed a few times...

Rinse/repeat...

Yeah I got matched 3 or 4 times last night to players who had maxed 5*s and a handful of rank2 6*s and I've got several rank2 7*s and rank5 6*s. It was so unfair to them I considered playing badly to give them an honest chance. One forfeited after the initial champion ban screen. I also got matched against people who's roster made mine look low but I won half of them

Let’s just look at the one match where the OP at least won a fight but still lost the match, which would be against IgorRocha. This would give an indication of the OPs BG strength.

IgorRocha: Uncollected, 410k rating, 5988 prestige.

Highest champs in profile; 5* Warlock 5/65, 6* Night Thrasher 1/25, 5* Stealth Spidey 4/55, 5* Emma 4/55, all unawakened.

Probably joined around mid 2019. Feels like a very casual player and not a vet alt, although that’s an educated guess.

Anyway, going 1-2 against this account. Does this sound like match making is the issue here?

Part of me hopes this continues a trend of players posting their match history so we can actually see objectively just how “unfair” the match maker is. This is ironically probably doing more to induce a healthy level of skepticism for match maker complaints than anything else.

On the other hand, I’m not sure I want to become the official match maker analyzer. I do this by hand, I don’t have access to the game data directly. If this becomes a thing, I’m going to need an API or something.
