Daily and 4 hour crystals

Not sure if I've missed some changes or something as I'm not really.in the loop with the game no more but for past 2 days I've not being able to claim my 4 hour and daily crystals. There is no timer for them anymore, is this something that has been removed and we no longer get or is it just something not right?

    You can claim 4 of them every day from the Super daily event.

    Super daily event? Yep, sounds like I've missed some info here then lol
