Kabam sign up.

I created a kabam account for mcoc when it first came out and I quit playing after a couple months. I started a new profile about a year ago not remembering the old one. Now I can’t use my email to link that profile to kabam but it is linked to the same email through iTunes. Anyone have an idea how to create a kabam account for my new profile?(I think there should be a way to remove old accounts or something)
