  Can you access the link below (and login), and Submit your Request ?
  You can even do this from PC (just needs to be on the Support Website from any browser)
  
  No spaces allowed for Forum name though, so ask without the space inbetween for your Forum version.

  I would never recommend this as it is against the forum rules, but hypothetically speaking a player could create another forum account with a different email address if they weren't bothered by rules. But of course I know you would never do something so terrible.
