Why is the Loyalty 7* crystal timer is 3 month?

Why is the Loyalty 7* crystal timer is 3 month? I bought 1 crystal a month ago and already obtained 1.5kk loyalty, also we have alliance war showcase coming where we can get 100k worth loyalty. Loyalty store is so outdated that i don't want to spend it to anything else than 7* crystal. Also we have incursions 7* crystal that is well balanced between how much we can get and the timer.

Because loyalty has no cap. There are people with over 20mil loyalty and the options were, make it stupid expensive so these people don't get a huge advantage by being able to buy 10+ day 1, or add a timer and make it a lot cheaper.

Incursions Artifacts are capped at 500k, so that's why they feel fine between rate we can get them and the timer.
