  It wasn’t supposed to be taken as a consideration for compensation. They just acknowledged that the event was underwhelming for paragon+ and will look into discussing how they could possibly improve it this year.
  
  However keep note that this isn’t a promise that this year will be rewarding for paragon+ it’s just something they are considering looking into.

  Ok, I looked it up again they said "What I can say in closing is that we are listening and we are learning. We aim to surprise and delight as many of you as possible as we get into this new year."
  
  I thought it would be something that applied to the people who actually took part in the event, not a generic "we will try harder"
