Ratings so high

So recently our Alliance was on a war and i found this guy in the opposition. How does his champs have very high ratings. I've never seen one with such ratings.

    Usually people run only 1 point in recoil for suicides. Maybe that's why op said "cides eith recoils"

    Doom with recoils would make him a ridiculously easy defender as he would take himself out super quick in just a few sp1s. That's why they were confused. Higher rating doesn't mean they are a tougher defender.

    I see everyone saying that he used boosts, but does it show up when you stalk into the account. The rating boost is only visible to the player who used it right ?

    It is, but if the PI is that inflated one of the only reasons is boosts. It's pretty obvious when someone is boosting
