Negasonic vs Bullseye not working anymore??!!

I noticed that Negasonic doesn’t work against bullseye anymore. First I thought it was because of the BG meta nodes, but now I noticed this in war as well! Bullseye just evades and doesn’t get stunned at all. Someone here noticing the same thing or can help to make sense?

    No it can’t be because I read it carefully + in practice mode it’s the same problem

    It worked last night for me as a Practice fight. I just pulled her yesterday and was trying her out against Bullseye.
