Can't collect completion rewards for act 8

I just beat 8.4.6 boss but my game has glitched and I can't seem to move past the boss tile. When I try to tap the last tile, it just disconnects me from game and then consume energy as well. Anyone else had this issue?

    Yeah I can't go to the last node. I already tried reinstalling the game, same problem

    I hit the same issue with 8.4.6. I filed a support ticket and was told the information was forwarded to the Game Team. In the meantime, I guess my guys are locked in the quest.

    But seems to be clarifying that it is NOT that the game “won’t let you click and advance” to last node.

    Rather, that the “Waiting / Connection” symbol appears, and the game is stuck doing some Processing.

    **Well actually, GIVE you the Rewards, mark it as Complete, and remove your champs from that quest then.
    (Probably won’t get any 22-hr EQ Completion points, or “complete a quest” objective, but at least will count for what really matters that it counts for)

    Thank you SummonerNR should I open a new ticket and ask them to give the Rewards, mark it as complete, and remove the champs from that quest? They stopped responding to the original ticket.

    Have you try tap the Autoplay?

    I tried it and Autoplay gives the same result as explicitly clicking on the final node.. spinning connection/wifi icon and then disconnect.

    I just tried it again and it went through. Don’t know if someone at Kabam fixed something or if it just randomly works sometimes
