Do I get 6* or 7* Beta Rey Bill from the double track pass?

I’m sure we’ve all seen the deep dive for BRB and how absolutely amazing he looks, and I’m PUMPED to get him very soon. Light spending pays off so much sometimes.
Point is, I’m an early valiant(like got it last week) and I can often r5 ascend a 6* with light grinding, but with the double pass, I can get a 7* one! The 7* one though gives me a possible problem that I’ll deal with in that, ranking up 7 stars to r3 takes like a while. Assuming I have a 1-2 gem, I still need to work my way to a r3 gem or enough resources to make it there, which took me months as a paragon, so being confronted with the idea of grinding to another r3 again scares me.
My question is:
Should I pick between a 6* Beta Ray Bill who I could ascend, awaken and r5 (equivalent to a r2 awakened 7 star) or do I choose the 7* Beta Ray Bill that I’m not the most confident in awakening or ranking up? Is potential enough to warrant me choosing the 7*? I need your thoughts guys.

When he drops in the featured you could take him to r5 then
Bro u can get 6 Star for free in the featured and 7 Star will first add to Titan crystal which takes time to fill
So better go with 7 Star and hopefully you get a duped in Titan one day
Even further, the other two pieces of the sig ability are absolutely NOT needed if you master his playstyle.
As far as I can tell he will be one of the best FAM, Red Skull, IWIM, Shuri, Peni and Viv counters but I'm not sure how good he'll be for the rest especially the current meta defenders(Onslaught and Serpent are both a hard no).
