New Community Team 1 Month Check-in

Greetings Summoners

So It's been a month now with a new Community team in place here. So far it's been a blast coming back, but not without its challenges. There is still much to learn for myself and my team, so I just wanted to come out with it and ask. Where and how can we support you better, where are we falling short, and what would you like to see more of in the future?

An update on bug fix threads. We understand it can take a lot of time. But some acknowledgement. This has been a problem since forever.

Also, archangel ability accuracy bug update 🤞

I miss the detailed write ups Jax and Mike did for events and posted on these forums. There is no detailed info on the kabam website not even the dates that events run or award structure. Those write ups also provided a place to ask event specific questions rather than flooding the forums with multiple posts of the same questions.

I think that listening to people's suggestions more (on the game in general) would help a ton. Glad to have you, man!

Transparency (not Trello), acknowledgement, communication (the “if we don’t have anything to say we don’t say it” is kind of a joke, no?), forum templates for reporting bugs or other forum activities, more dork lessons

I’ve been seeing you guys more often lately and it’s been really nice. I can only imagine how tough it is to jump into this game after so many years away. I really appreciate both you and Pinwheel being very open and honest with us. It means a lot. It’s always great getting insight from Crashed as well.

As for your question, did you ever hear back from the team about what’s going on with Titania’s SP3 being broken, specifically the Intimidate having the seemingly opposite effect? I know Intimidate seems to be broken for Gladiator as well.

Is there a reason it isn't showing on posts anymore that Moderator or Administrators have commented? That helped a lot when searching the forums for answers so if that can be fixed or something that'd be great

It seems like (not entirely, but consistently) you guys only chime in on threads where players point out bugs that benefit the player base (like the Incursions sector error), but never on issues that negatively impact the playerbase. We understand that you guys aren't the ones that address the issues directly, but some acknowledgement that you are seeing what the players are struggling with and some indication that the right people are looking at it would go a long way.

Miike and Jax were extremely present. We get that you're not going to fill their shoes, but it feels like you guys just ignore the forums. Be a part of the community.

Some better communication on what is being done to address the major bugs in the game.

SOS has less than a week left and there has been no communication on the solution to getting players the point missing from the Falcon/Blade clarity objective bug or other objectives that were messed up.

Thanks @KabamDORK @kabam Pinwheel, the affirm is appreciated so far. I’d say number 1 would be forum engagement, as mentioned above. Granted, the forum bugs aren’t helping, but just a quick “we’re looking into it” goes a long way. Cheers! Is there a tag for pinwheel, yet?

Bug acknowledgment, progress and resolution. This has been an issue for a long time, but it would be great if there were a better vehicle for conveying info than the Bugs page and the Trello page.

1) write ups in addition to live streams. How is there nothing about the crucible on here? That should be a huge deal and you should be proudly promoting it.

2) Respond to the bug stuff. Others already said it. It stinks that content was just released where a champ (Maw) could easily take 2-3 fights. Meanwhile, his most defining trait (guaranteed crits guaranteed to miss) has weirdly disappeared.

I would like to add that this post is a great first step. Showing that you care and want to improve let's us know that it's legit. I for one appreciate it very much. Also, free stuff. Plenty of legitimate feedback already.

One that I haven't seen though is the "official" source of information.

It'd be nice if you could narrow it down to just one place, or simultaneously post information on all of the sources.

I apologise as you've probably heard this one hundred times over, but PLEASE bring back the daily super. It was EXACTLY what the game needed and I personally think it was really well balanced.

Without a doubt should be a permanent feature.

A QoL improvement I would love to see as an arena grinder, a “Help All” button so I’m not wasting time pressing the help button on multiple champs for 5-10 mins. Please and thank you.

I like the concept of being able to do crucible and also run other quests in the meantime and no champ lock-ins.

I think something similar should be implemented for necropolis and other long form content to make it something you can be running for a while without missing out on other questing.

One other note re: content and announcements. The Seasons of Whatever schedule still isn’t known. I don’t think it was mentioned last stream. It’d be a huge help to know how that is setup as we plow through quasi endgame content this month. Will it start in 5 days? 12? Neither?

New background worlds in fighting.

No one talks about it.

So far I loved how the game implement the modes, champions and everything, I love it.
But until now I haven't see any new fight background map(I'm not sure how to call it) I refer when ur fighting, the world that is in the background. I played MCOC since 2014 and I still see the same worlds but any new one. Also the crystal opening background still the same, it looks kind to the 2014 graphics when nowadays could be updated for a better and more detailed one.
I would love to see the game progress in everything and that includes new fight background worlds or places and a new crystal opening background updated. In that way the game could bring more players, the same game but improved to the present.

Examples or ideas:
Loki TVA
Wakanda
Xavier school garden
Xandar Nova corps
Planet of the tree

And many others that summoner's could think of
