You can use pretty much anyone for grandmaster but i would recommend odin.
Watch a video on info about his phases and learn about his sp1 dex.
And the most important thing is intercept. You wont be able to punish his heavy and he becomes stun immune so practice a ton. When i mean a ton i literally mean a ton.

Maybe there are some you can upgrade which will help you. Mainly for reverse control immunity in phase 3.
