KABAM can't help you on the forums. Fill out a support ticket so they can officially tell you there is nothing they can do.

This happens a lot. Hackers (merc) always completing hard content for other summoners and giving their accounts back (unless the summoners don't pay them). There are some good Samaritan hackers out there.
