New problem is born,today magnetron crystals refresh in store,if i buy them and open,i get 1-2 gem earlier than should be,it will make harder to fix the problem i think,i will not use it,but still it will be claimed, i don't know what to do,don't but crystals yet and so i will not be able to claim gem yet,or what? I think solution should be used fast,taking rewards,compensation for others or anything,or just restarting saga incursions for others who didn't complete during bug,idk,but we need solution faster,that's facts.
Hey folks, as spotted here in the thread there was an issue with incursions over the weekend. While we were able to stop the issue we are still investigating the impact and will announce any further followup action once we've been able to review. But just to give some clarity I don't think there should be anything bankable, there might be some duplicate resources removed or some comp granted, just depends on the result of the review. Thanks for the spot and reports!
Quick question, if you decide to remove rewards,will you return us units,revives and potions we used to complete, in my example as said above,i used them and completed it because i thought i hadn't complete last few zones of it,also i was able to get few 7*shards i got from it and opened it,will my 7* shards restarted where it was + i will not lose the amount i got after incursions from other sources,of course meaning taking away that jabari dupe i got from it,and dupes from magnetrons as well with its isos.Also ranking down those 2 champs i used gems on,i didn't level them as i noticed it was glitch,also just minus 10 points from that cap solo event.
Don't have that info at the moment as the team still needs to complete their investigation and then figure out the best course forward from there. Once we have those details we'll be sure to pass them along to y'all as soon as we can!

Is there still no update on this? Surely it’s not being left at some people getting lucky and being able to double the most sort after rewards in game while those who didn’t have the chance gain nothing?

I am surprised a response on this has taken this long given the level of rewards some players were able to double up on….

August 16th now and still nothing, nice to know a bug that benefits some and not all is going to just be brushed under the carpet and forgotten about

Strange that there has been no news on this. We don't even know if the players that are running around with their double saga sector rewards get to keep them

Few people in my alliance got lucky and have confirmed nothings been taken so yeah nothing has been removed and nothing is being given for the people that weren’t allowed to get a 2nd chance at the rewards
