Beta Ray Bill Bugged - No steady buff against non-tech champions

Has anyone noticed that when Beta Ray Bill triggers a shock immunity against non-tech champs, it does not gain him a steady buff? My alliance mate lost against Maestro on hazard shift because of this bug. His abilities say: "When starting a fight against Tech Champions or when Immune to an effect, gain a Steady Buff for 20 seconds." I would appreciate it if Kabam looked at it and addressed this issue.

    I also want to say that I tried using Bill against Doctor Doom and didn't get a steady buff when he applied shock to Bill. It's not just my alliance mate having this issue.

    Did maestro already have his unsteady buff up when bill triggered the immunity? I could see AAR preventing that. As for the doom fight, did it get nullified? If the doom was max sig I imagine you’d enter a crazy cycle of nullify into shock into buff into nullify into repeat. But if the doom was unawakened or not max sig then it could just get nullified and that’s that

    Oh, that must be it. Glancing prevents steady and Doom nullifying the buff before it is triggered. I got hit by Doom just to make sure lol, and it worked. Thank you so much for the help.
