Dexterity failed

I was fighting against photon with KP in AW at tile 44 with the nodes Hazard Shift-Shock, Bleed, Conflictor-1, Crumbling Armor.
I was baiting out a sp1, and tried dexxing but it said, "Dexterity failed", and was clipped by the sp1.
Do any the nodes above trigger a "Dexterity failed"?
I read the nodes and there was no mention of Dexterity failed.

    There's some champs who don't use dex to avoid hits when dashing back

    Silk and mightcrawler can dex it, others with a natural non-dex evade like spidey 2099, Quicksilver...etc need to have 0 points in the dexterity mastery in order to dodge it.

    Also Invisible Woman and Quicksilver don't need dexterity to dex
