These are my current R3s but need help on deciding who to rank next. Honestly i value more uniqueness and fun champs. Also have some sig stones in the inventory in case it's necessary

I'm only voting BRB over Red Skull cause lately we've been getting a ton of long form content so I think his value is only going to keep increasing, and he can be solid in BGs but he does need r3 to be consistent in case you get horrible shock RNG.

And as far as unique, she's the only champ that counters and benefits from energy attacks, and like the Skill class, she can purify debuffs.
