Now that Cyclops has won the Summoner's choice rework poll, what are your ideas for a buff? Post your thoughts and concepts here.

I know you guys have been posting buff concepts here and they have all been great. Your contributions here will help greatly.
1. Optic blasts implemented into basic attacks. A counter-attack and blast on parry like other champs have had
2. Armor Breaks (passive potentially?) and an armor shatter mechanic. I’d also love if they added ruptures or a new mechanic of damage for him
3. He’s a master strategist and has superhuman spacial awareness, so I think he should counter miss, autoblock, and evade
4. Prowess ofc. Lots and lots of it
5. Some form of energy resistance
6. Leadership abilities. Both with teammates and maybe from defeating others?
7. Might be a reach but I’d love if there was a similar power overload feature where his visor comes off and he just rapidly gains effects and loses control
Just some ideas from what I know about Cyke. I’m just happy that his clunky animations are getting reworked lol.
Anyways, they did say that everyone on the list will get reworked eventually, the poll just determined who will be reworked first.
And his SP3 should involve coming down from a great height while blasting his beam down, like he did to "parachute" from the plane.
Man that show was amazing, gotta rewatch!
Also I hope he can counter Bullseye, would be a bummer if he can't. He has superhuman spacial awareness and senses, Bullseye shouldn't be able to evade him at all, won't ask for bleed immunity cause that'd be dumb.
1. An energy blast similar to Gamora's godslayer with specific trigger requirements.
2. Leadership synergy similar to CAIW depending on number of x-men in the synergy team or an ability that boosts other mutants. Mutants actually need a buff at this stage.
3. Agree with an occasional true strike or evade control but not all the time. There needs to be some way to keep activating it for a short period of time
4. They need to change the very outdated heavy attack. Armour breaks on the heavy would be nice. Ability to stack them on champs like Colossus, Red Skull and Viv Vision to remove multiple stacks of armour buff would be nice.
5. Can they play around with energy conversion? He is supposed to absorb energy and shoot it out as an optic blast. Maybe increase frequency of his godslayer like blast when facing an opponent who uses energy attack or has power cosmic active.
6. Easy access to prowess.
7. Reduce duration of reverse control effects
Originally he was set up to run completely on solar power, like Superman. Then it was tweaked to be Cyke only using that energy to access a separate extra-dimensional energy source.
Mostly he is described as only absorbing solar energy, but can completely absorb Havok's energy; and can sometimes absorb other forms of Energy (like Bishop or Cyke's brother Vulcan) although this is typically down to be something difficult, painful and/or inefficient for Cyclops to do.
This maybe a out of class ability, But since his laser beams penetrate through opponent armor and stuff, Maybe his specials should do true damage? Also he can channel his lasers with high accuracy, which should prevent evade and miss abilities. He should either have prowess or daunted effects.
I'll say his rotation should look like, His sp1 inflicts ruptures. He gains prowess effects on basic /heavy attacks. His sp2 should converts all ruptures into armor breaks and deal huge damage. Something like this.
