What to do when Enchantress goes untouchable?

Basically the title and I apologise if such question has been discussed before. So there are a few things I don't understand with this one. How do you reliably punish/intercept her heavy considering the chance to miss? Do I need to bring a miss counter just in case she casts 1 of the 12 spells or just wait out 20 seconds for the untouchable to go away which doesn't seem nice in a bgs scenario. What if I go for the punish and miss, getting punished myself instead? Is there some reliable way to preserve the flow of the fight or do I either need a miss counter or have to wait 20 seconds? Any thoughts and advice on this question are appreciated as I'm failing to understand the idea behind such design.

Just found out that the same goes for evade as well I believe. So you can consider the same question asked in the way of needing an evade counter/waiting 20 seconds/taking the risk.

nvm, you can counter evade just fine but the point for untouchable still stands. Sorry for being dumb :(

I'm big dumb. Thanks to a comment of @WednesdayLength from another post, I've learned that you can try to punish the last hit of her heavy without her being able to punish you right after if you're quick enough which seems pretty safe tbh. Again, I apologise for the dumb post and wasting time :(
