Deathless Vision secutor charges

How will vision get secutor charges without being able to place debuffs other than stuns?

Yup such a disappointing champion and it keeps getting worst

You don't need debuffs to shut down the defensive tactic, you need heal block. You can get heal block from the offensive tactic, but also from champ abilities. Deathless vision has his own heal block, which would be enough to shut down the tactic. Same thing for champs like mysterio or red skull.

Ok that's reassuring, I was scared cause I took mine and just realized he doesn't have any debuffs thought I was cooked

Just tested and his heal block does counter the tactic , but fells very weak compared to other champs that can easily apply those 5 debuffs , definitely won't be using him anymore, not until his dupe comes out at least
