Mutant: Colossus. Godawful...no offensive abilities, not even the tiniest fury, if I remember correctly...the only thing going for him is his high armor rating which helps him take hits...Ideally you don't want to take hits ever.
Tech: Iron Patriot/Hulkbuster. These two are probably the worst in the game...IP's sig actually makes him WORSE...and Hulkbuster is basically a discount Colossus...
Cosmic: Kamala Khan. I could hire a monkey to tickle the opponent and it would be more effective than Kamala Khan's 'attacks'. Even with furies she hits like a wet noodle.
Mystic: Really hard, since mystic is by far the best class...Probably Unstoppable Colossus...really hard to acquire, but terrible attack and the only thing going for him is Unstoppable, at which Juggs and even Kingpin is better at.
Science: Luke Cage. He's basically Colossus for Science...At least he has Indestructible...for 3 seconds at the beginning of the fight. Again, you don't want to ever take hits, so his Physical Resist is useless...
To @NinjAlan Sentry is not worse than Luke Cage...he's simply underwhelming, but he does have SOME utility...more than LC can say.
Skill: Best all-around class, even though they don't have very many good champions. Either Falcon or Karnak...both of them have terrible abilities...

Here goes:
Mutant: Colossus. The only good thing about him is his armor. Other than that he hits like a feather.
Skill: Karnak. Skill is a very good class overall, but my vote has to go to Karnak because his abilities are really nothing special.
Science: Luke Cage. Debatably the worst champion in the game at the minute. He is like Colossus in nearly every aspect.
Mystic: Unstoppable Colossus. Most people would say Loki but recently some uses have been found for him. So Unstoppable Colossus is the worst because he is basically a Colossus that has Unstoppable.
Cosmic: Kamala Khan. She hits like a feather, even with her fury.
Tech: Hulkbuster. The current WORST champion in the game. He is very tanky and his only use is his armor. The annoying thing is; the AI plays him like an absolute beast. You'd think he would be useful, but you were very, very wrong.

Can you explain how his sig makes him worse? Sure it takes away his armor but if ur playing well it's not a problem, plus he gets regen and even power gain

It takes away his stun, armor, gives himself so many debuffs it’s that bad

Karnak is so good though in my opinion he helps so much against evade champs, criticals are always occuring with a rare chance of it not happening making his hits not too hsrd but hard hitting, his sp3 also does something useful. I would say that is pretty good for a champ not god tier but also not useless. Oh yeah and he is a good counter to poison and shrugg off non damaging abilties really fast. So I would not say he is the worst but just at the bottom of the list but above falcon.

So falcon I would say is the worst

Nope Sentry is worse. Hits like Luke Cage without indestructible.

Karnak's critical hits do low damage. Even spidergwen can hit harder than him.

Cosmic = Carnage, terrible attack, damage is almost entirely dependent on bleed vulnerability, and sps are very easy to evade so he makes a poor AW defender. Kamala Kahn has poison immunity which makes her an AQ Map 5/6 option for poison paths, Venom is slightly better, and Venompool can make a decent AW defender.

Mutant = Magneto (Marvel NOW!), weak offense and no legitimate synergy bonus like Red Magneto (labyrinth of legends attack bonus). Even with his terrible attack Colossus is an AQ Map 5/6 option on bleed/caltrops paths, and Old Man Logan shrugs off bleed fast and can hit hard once berserk activates.

Mystic = Tough one. All mystic champs have some utility (e.g., Unstoppable Colossus for AW defense, Loki for synergy and 5.4.6 Ultron OG). Outside of AW defense Unstoppable Colossus and Juggernaut aren't very useful, so I'm going with those two.

Science = Joe Fixit, Ant-Man has labyrinth of legends attack synergy so he's useful even with no more thorns in AW, and Luke Cage's physical resistance makes him last long enough in AQ on Map 5/6 for him to do ok on bleed/caltrops paths. Joe Fixit has poison immunity but much worse defense than Luke Cage and barely if any an edge on attack. This may change if no one figures out how to use Sentry "appropriately".

Skill = Daredevil Netflix, he only has armor break and occasional projectile evade. Karnak does huge damage when he doesn't get hit and bypasses evade/armor/other buffs when true strike is active. Falcon's redwing disables limbo and other abilities and his sp1/sp3 do decent bleed/incinerate damage.

Tech = Hulkbuster, Kang has 100% power drain on his sp2, Iron Patriot stacks armor break and does very long stuns on his sp2 (two 5-hit combos followed by his sp1 if the opponent/AI doesn't have limber) and regenerates health, and War Machine's sp1 is one of the hardest in the game to evade so he can do ok as an AW defender.

Skill: None of the Skill champs are TERRIBLE but the worst Is probably Karnak
Mutant: Colossus. Easy
Tech: Most people will say Iron Pooptriot but he’s actually not bad until he gets burnt out. Until then he’s actually pretty good if you can get some armor breaks up. No the worst Tech champ is Iron Man
Cosmic: Kamalah Khan. I lost my **** when I got her
Mystic: I don’t care what anyone else says: there are no bad Mystic champs. The worst is probably Juggs but he’s still not bad (get MD, dupe him, put him on stun Immune in AW, let the bodies hit the floor)
