Failing to find where to link up my insider account

I am time and time again tried to link up with my Insider account with my contest of Champions account failed to do so. I'm not able to redeem any points from the insider website even if I use the link given in the contest Champions email once I have completed the requirements for the points. Contact a support at marvel Insider and they provide a vague option of steps that do not work. can anyone else help me out with this please? Thank you very much.

There is technically no link up between Marvel Insider with the CoC app.

You have an account with Marvel Insider, email ID and password and you have a username. These need not be the same as the CoC sign-in.

If you redeem something which is to be credited to the CoC game, then you input in the IG name (not email ID).

That is all.
