Replacing champions

I'm on Act 5 Chapter 3, champions there are around 10-20k strong. Here's my team (human torch, sauron, Aegon, nimrod, knull). Should I replace human torch with wasp and aegon with squirrel girl?

    On which quest, or you used that single team for whole chapter.
