    The game scores to a couple decimal points, but only shows full numbers to the user. Doom losing health to land at 96.9% is different than Torch as their health pools are vastly different. It is highly unlikely that either of their health pools will land at a perfect 96.9%, so one may be at 96.902% and the other at 96.901%, giving a slight edge by fractions of a point that aren't enough to translate to the UI.

    Yes, but more precisely, points are fully as calculated below.
    Points = 15,000 * HP Left / HP Max.

    So visible (rounded) % is basically just 3 (close to 4) max digits.
    Points is rounded to a whole number at max of 5 digits (so, over 10x more precise that %, but still imprecise).
    But underlying HP numbers used in calculation are some number potentially much larger than 15,000. And very likely different based on champ, rank, masteries.

    So “points” number that is calculated may be some long fractionalized number, that is only rounded when shown on each line.
    Fractionalized numbers are still added as fractionalized, including when determining win/loss.

    True Ties (which do exist, and show as half red / half blue on an individual fight banner) realistically will only occur with fights of both 100% (real max HP) or KO, and same Time.
