Because of AQ issue we are no longer enlisted for Raids & now miss out rewards

Before AQ issues we was enlisted & now when it’s back up live we are no longer enlisted this is super frustrating as we had no in game message no nothing & now we completely miss out on raid rewards this is terrible , I’m sure our alliance is not the only ones this happened to , I don’t ever ask for compensation but something has to be done for all those who missed out due to no fault of our own

The mods can’t really do much, the kabam team are investigating it that is as much information we have right now. No one is “MIA” you can’t give an update on something if you have no information to give.

One of the ccp members who talk to them regularly had posted in the discord that they are investigating it, it might not have come from kabam directly but the ccp members do communicate with them they know what’s going on and do their best to update the community if kabam can not. I tagged this screenshot many times there’s not much more you can say when they are investigating it.

I don’t disagree it should have an official announcement. Heck we shouldn’t even be experiencing these issues but we are. Best people can do is let others know it’s being investigated and that when they know more there should be an official update.

Can you comment on the compensation that was discussed in the beginning of the year for those allies whos Raids week bugged and ended up showing their regular AQ map?
