Hi guys it's me again..... it's been now I believe 18hrs since I submitted a 3rd ticket to kabam asking them to take a look at my case and they haven't looked at it.now I would like to give full disclosure and I hope you put your stones down and just hear me out before you throw your stones and call me a liar and a cheater because I will stand on it and I will keep saying I have not cheated in the arena I've done multiple arena grinds some just for units and bcs and some for Champs I feel it's worth putting on the work for I go for them so here is my full story.
I've been playing MCOC for 10 years since the game came out I have 3 accounts the accounts btw as kabam crash stated the account attached to this forum account is not the one that is banned the names of my accounts are as follows tripleH47 that was my first ever account my second account the one that's banned right now at the moment in Triple-H and my baby account HHHJR the only one I don't log in anymore is my first account tripleH47 why? You may ask well I'll tell you I over spent in the game and I had buyers regret and I got the money refunded and because of that kabam gave me negative units for that rightfully so bc I opened everything and I was a dumbass to over spend I take full responsibility for that and that account is there as a reminder to not spend more than u can pay. With that said I opened a new account in Triple-H and I've worked hard to get that account to where it is today I've spent some cash not as much as the whales but I have and I have devoted my entire attention to doing exclusively arena I was on a retired ally for a long ass time I didn't had bg,aw or Aq obligations and I did monthly EQ super slowly bc again I wanted to maximize all my time in to doing arena now with that said yesterday as I was grinding kabam cut me out of the grind I was doing for enchantress that btw I've missed I put up 113 mil for her and I placed 460 rewarding me with a juicy lame 5* now I'm no complainer I just sleep dust up and I get after it again and when I did well kabam rewarded me with a 30 day ban I submitted 2 tickets and both of them were automated responses with different signatures at the bottom now they said that I used mods and to that I ask what mod bc I have no such thing also for full info no one other than me logs in to my account I don't share account and I don't run anything in the background other than 3 apps you tube, Netflix and a 3rd party movie app in Film plus Filmplus is an app that gives you free movies and shows and I was watching Alien 2 bc Alien romulus was ok in the theater but come on you all know Alien 1 and 2 were the best so I had to rewatch that .Now I'll end my long ass post with this am I mad about the 30 days yes did it heavily and unfairly punish me yes to list a few I got kicked out of my alliance I got called a liar and a cheater I also had 1 more crystal to open to get my 7*sparkles and I'll be missing a whole month of log in calendars along with all the celebrations and I'll keep saying I did nothing wrong I always played the game fair and if you look at my 2 accounts I've never ever been banned 10 years again 10years playing this game I've never had any violation and I still telling u I didn't do anything I did not mod the game in any way shape or form but the sad part is it's my word against theirs and I have no other power other than simply come here and hope for the best any way this is my last post about this and I'll just shut up and continue playing my baby account but let it be known you think u caught a cheater but I'm no cheater and to anyone ready to stone me go ahead don't believe me it's fine I do t blame u but I'll stand on my innocence.

Could potentially be why it was flagged to begin with.
Would seem reasonable to assume that was not done without sharing your account between different people playing constantly like that.
So when they probably looked further at issues surrounding that constant play, sounds like they had found something to confirm suspicions.
You’re right, that initial reply from Kabam was them checking your original acct (not banned) which had same email as your Forum acct here (since your opening post before had not actually specified which one, not until later). And that you want them to check the Triple-H account as to why the ban.
