How will we know if we are logged in or not on the Beta Server?
And how will we send our feedback on the test champions?

Did you get an invite? If so, they will give you instructions on how it works.

If you are on the Beta Server, there will be a big BETA written on the screen. If you were invited to the Beta, you will be sent instructions on how to provide us with your feedback.

Additionally, you'll be able to switch back to the Live Server at any time through the use of the Orange Beta Hub icon on the top of the Home Page.

This is correct. That was the Sign-Up period, and now we're prepping to get this Beta started! It won't be much longer.
