I just r3 my locked 7* Shang Chi cause I got skill crystal from exploring Act 8.
Now I have enough to r3 one more. My top choices are below

    Venom would be your best option a 2nd close being Hyperion as someone who did got valiant by r3 an unduped let me tell you he can be pretty nuts you will require his relic though to get the best dmg output he counters evade from spider verse champ passively can take on annoying techs like peni parker as while fighting tech he is immune to power drain and burn plus the bleed damage once you have enough buffs gets crazy like almost around 4-5k plus if you have odin pre fight it can also go till 5.5 to 6k per second and his sp1 also has good chance to steal a buff from opponents and heal 5% of max hp

    I would go for storm, absolute deadly attacker, fastest record against Glykahn, maybe a hot take to say but Storm has seriously come back to relevancy due to the introduction of her as a 7*, for me it was between shuri and storm, but even on defence, dexing her specials can be tricky at first which can catch people out, it has me a few times.

    I did some testing some time back and it was nearly a 20% improvement for him.

    Goatmora. Dont do venom, I r2d him and he is okay, good enough for r2 but I wouldn't r3 him unless it is a cosmic 2 to 3 gem

    Shuri is great, but better awakened as that gives her the ability to block unblockable specials..which IMO is one of the best awakened abilities in the game, and gives her perfect block.
