Raid (AQ) "compensation"

Not sure what kind of herbs are you guys smoking but calling this a comp is a disgrace. Not to mention the still missing raid tickets.. Or the missing paths rewards that are worth about 15x times more..Glad you took all the money from whales and spent it well..

    This is not compensation for the raids, I guess they will give last week's rankings and tickets when the raids start.

    It's pretty scrap, Where's the raids chest that so many of us missed out on?

    Doubt it'll come I'm rewards since they're just standard raids rewards from what Kabam said... hope I'm wrong otherwise this is a joke 😂

    That initial Compensation (pic above) went out to EVERYONE.

    Others, which should be the Raid Tickets, as well as same as Prior AQ, will come later.

    Not sure if those will be in 1 or 2 separate ones (Raid Tix for what you used this past week, versus prior AQ week Same Rewards)

    Because those are specifically targeted, and based on individual (or Ally) rewards. Unlike what just came already above.

    **Raids Chests. Probably not. You’ll be able to get Chests this week in Raids, and then following Raids (just 2 weeks later, not delayed but on original schedule) will be able to get Chests again.
    So would not have MISSED out on any Chests.
    (Other than the fact “some” people were able to progress thru Chests in just those fraction of day they were up. Kabam said they WON'T be taking those away from those people, but they aren’t gonna make things equal and just give them out to everyone as part of comp).

    Kabam- this “raid compensation” has got to be a joke. The post said all AQ/Raid revives, potions, and tickets would be refunded.
    Not one of my x14 used aq team revives or x26 small, medium potions refunded and x2 raid revives and tickets. I sure hope this isn’t the full compensation.

    I now don't have enough resorces to replace the tickets I lost. Meaning I can't join this weeks Raid 😒

    Can you show me where they said in the post that all AQ/Raid revives, potions and tickets would be refunded? The only thing I have seen in all 3 announcements was that all tickets would be given back. And that you would get a comp package of revives, potions and energy but that didn’t specify it would be what you put into the raid.

    Tickets are coming back today. You just have to wait. The glory and rewards from last AQ cycle is yet to have a time frame.

    Wow I hope kabam manage to get those tickets back out today mainly because if they don't they are going to make alot of their players that are defending them look pretty bad 🫣

    Raids had 2 separate issues last week that mean the whole week of playing was scrapped and moved to this week. This isn’t a small issue it’s a big one. A customer focused gesture would have been to make Raids free this week and send everyone who entered raids last week 1 of the raids loot boxes (along side our typical glory etc for the week). Then you’d see us all singing kabams praises. Instead the general mood turns to negative towards kabam.

    When you have a happy player base we enjoy the game more, we play the game more, we spend more. At least I do. I don’t understand kabams stinginess with this this. These are all virtual trinkets. It doesn’t actually cost Kabam anything other than coding time which they are spending anyway. Unless there are large swathes of people paying for there raids tickets which I don’t know about. Event so, keep these people happy, they’ll buy something else instead.

    What about the Alliance Raids Tickets?? A lot of us paid 180 last time, no compensation yet for those and this Raids we are to purchase another 180? So some players are now having to spend 360 Alliance Raids tickets for the ability to play 1 Raid AQ week that is hopefully going to work?

    Man I do not get this. I hope more shows up but if that is all the compensation then Shame on Kabam!! Ridiculous. The player base deserves better than that.

    Yes, you had 5 days in which to make sure you re-enlisted for Raids this week (in what was until just now, in the NEXT WEEK tab, where you setup for upcoming weeks)

    Raids Week BG's are now locked as of starting today, but you can configure rest of week (days 2-7) with any normal AQ Maps (just not Raids, if you missed re-enlisting for Raids)

    Not everyone did raids. Alliances can elect to do raids or AQ. Both were cancelled. You'll also be getting the previous AQs rewards for not doing anything at all. Plus this small comp for general comp because it will take a long time to figure out who gets what etc.. Then there would be posts asking where the comp is and why it takes so long blah, blah, blah.

    The tickets came in a separate message as well, you're just too impatient and posted before seeing.

    They could have refunded more tickets for the trouble they have caused. This doesn't feel like compensation.

    Not to mention the lost opportunity to earn several dozen tickets during what could have been a regular week of AQ last week for map 6,7,8 allys. Great that the next raid will start on time (somebody throw a parade) but we are effectively poorer because we will have to buy a larger number of tickets than usual for the next raid because we couldn’t earn tickets last week.

    This exactly. Not to mention whoever spent twice will have extra tickets just sitting there until next Raids, and not the available resources they used to get those tickets.
