How many crystals will it take?!?

Let me start by saying this is not the meta and I know. I want to collect every champ at every rarity available. I have all the 1* and 2* I can because 2* are trophy collectibles?
Anyway, the last 3* I can get is immoral iron fist. I have been spending all my instructions artifacts for a few months now on 3* crystals and have opened hundreds of 3* max sig crystals but no immortal iron fist.
@KabamDORK, @kabamCrashed, please ask the game team for me to up the drop rates for immortal iron fist in max sig crystals. Also, could I know how many 3* max sig crystals I have opened this year?

    Drop rates are not set for the individual user. You can open thousands upon thousands of these crystals and never see him while other players pull him because the game client chose their crystal. Even if they increased the drop rate odds, which they won't because that defeats the point of him being a trophy champ, it will never guarantee that you get him.

    You might be able to send a ticket to support and see if they can tell you how many of the crystals you've opened, but it won't add any information to your life because the quantity you've opened doesn't mean you're any closer now than you were with the first crystal. Besides that, with all the things going on in the game right now, should someone at Kabam really be spending their time digging up that info?

    Good luck, I do arenas and had opened plenty of max sig crystal but only have the 3 & 4* ones.
