Issue with Summoners Market Website

So I bought the prowler bundle to get 45 market points and get the next tier in the glorious games event before it expired since I’m close to the 7 star crystal tier and it just straight up only gave me 45 market points for the market normal event tier and not the glorious games event tier. This is absurd, I miss out on rewards I PAID for. Not a good way to run a business. Please help me fix this Kabam, this is a huge L for not giving the points towards the event tier smh. Pictures provided below



Update picture showing if it added the points since I’m less than 45 off now and I refuse to buy the bundle twice, especially if it didn’t give me the points

    To be fair the events shouldn’t had ben op for that’s 1 more hours it is

    Then shouldn’t it be on them to remove it from their own website in which you can make numerous purchases? You’d think they’d update it

    Where can I actually get support for this issue? The event is now over and they stole 45 points from me which would’ve gotten me a 7 star crystal and some gems

    Did you write a ticket? From the main in game screen, click the gear in the top left corner. Scroll down on the left part of the screen until you see the support button. Click on it and follow the prompts from there.
