Looking for rank up suggestions!

Alright, having explored 9.1, I can R3 two Champs, and R2 two Champs. The issue is, I have quite a few options for each. Here's my R1:

Out of these, I'm considering Cap, Hulk, Warlock, Domino, Onslaught, DKG, Venompool, and literally like 6 others. As for my R2:

I'd be happy with any of these. Leaning more towards the first five ladies (especially Chee'ilth).

I'm open to suggestions!
