Animus Humanis not working?

I just did 2 paths in the Ludum Maximus quest and my Animus Humanis progress hasn't moved. It says any mode except Practice so the side quest should work right? Is this happening for anyone else?

    Yea I did. Forgot to mention that sorry. I still had 5 hours left on it as well
