Beta Test - Technical Issues Thread [PLEASE READ ORIGINAL POST FOR STATUS]

Hey Beta Testing Summoners!

This thread is to report any technical issues that you may be having with the Beta Test program. Please report any problems that you encounter, and provide as much information as you can, including where the problem occurs, and if you have any reproduction steps (steps to make the problem occur).

Note: If you are not yet able to enter the Beta Test, this is intentional, as we are still rolling entry to the Beta out. You can read more about this here: http://forums.playcontestofchampions.com/en/discussion/43643/accepted-into-the-beta-program-but-cant-get-in#latest

Status Update:

We are still working on getting the Beta out to everybody, but this will be taken care of over the next hours, or day. Players that are seeing the Errors when trying to connect, this is because you also do not yet have access to the Beta, but are able to try and log into it for an unknown reason. You will also find your way over the next hours. Give it some time. Trying to log in over and over will not speed the process.

The Auto-Fight issue should now be live in the mode so you can toggle it off if you were stuck with it on.

The Orange Beta Hub button should be there for all Players.

If you do not see the Auto-Fight Button, or are not able to find the Orange Beta Hub button, please let us know.

Lastly, we had reports that players are using their Live energy in the the Beta servers, but this is not possible. It may be a case that when you account was added to the Beta, you did not have full Energy, but it is not possible for a completely different server to use Energy on a different one. If you do happen to find that this is happening, please send us screenshots or a video.

Ok so the problem I’m having is every time I click the participate button it takes me to a loading screen then says “can’t connect to server”. Then it loads me back up, but instead loading my main account it loads up an account that doesn’t have a login. It’s account strictly under apples game hub.

Every time I try to join the beta server, it disconnects me and links me to an old dead Google play account...not my current Kabam account . When I sign in with kabam I'd, it puts me back on the main server again! I can't get to the beta with my summoner account active.

Mine seems to be locked in autofight. I can’t disable autofight because it’s already supposedly disabled... Lol.

I’ll log back in tomorrow and see if it’s resolved.

I have two devices (phone and iPad). I am currently on Beta server using my iPad. On my phone, I can access main game server with the same account AT THE SAME TIME as iPad is on Beta server.

Is this intentional? I don't want anything that could cause a potential ban.

Got into beta a couple times and worked great. Now went back in and there’s no option to get back to regular server

I was just wondering if going for a legend run is safe since I was selected for beta testing? Didn't want to mess up my chances of getting the title.

I'm also having problem to access my inventory and arena when I return to regular game (can't access my ISO to upgrade my Champions on the level up event)...

During the test, I've used Luke Cage but when I've used his especial move it did not thrigger his invulnerability, even after the cool down...

Back out of game completely then start in regular mode and arena and inventory will become available again.
