Battlegrounds missing win tokens.

I played battlegrounds and won my match in diamond 1but my tokens have not appeared. I brought this here because this is the second time it is happening this season, once when I was in platinum. Please @KabamDORK need help

    You were in Diamond 1 at the time of your win, or your win got you into Diamond 1?

    You'll have to submit a ticket to support. Unfortunately there isn't anything that can be done on the forums to help you. Support will be able to go into your account and see your activity and add tokens accordingly.

    Edit: You didn't exit the match before the timer expired, did you?

    I wasn't questioning anything you knew, I'm trying to be as helpful as I can. We all make mistakes sometimes and sometimes the problems we experience are a result of something we did ourselves. Better to cross the possibilities off the list before going to the final option of opening a ticket.
    And your picture only shows that you won your last match, not when that last match took place, so it's not telling me or anyone else that you won a match in diamond 1 and there's a problem.

    Like I said, submit a ticket and support will figure it out.

    You should click on the match history screen so it can show everyone what the happen. It will show the last few fights and prove what you said is true. Right now all we have is your words with no proof. Not that we don't believe you but evidence would be a good way prove your case so Kabam can fix it.
