If you got into raids last week then you won't be getting the raid chest comp. The only comp you will get is for the week of AQ that was missed because of raids being pushed a week.

It may not be a satisfying or enjoyable answer, but because Kabam didn't say they were going to issue comp for players that didn't make it into raids before they took them down. So yes, some of us missed out and unfortunately nothing is going to happen to remedy that. Just like how those who missed raids last week are going to get all the raid rewards for free while the rest of us had to pay 180 tickets and put in effort for them. Regardless of what end of the deal you're on, a lot of players are drawing a short straw on this issue somewhere and it sucks.

I mean I guess it balances out in a way. Our ranked Raid rewards that came out Monday were hella high (like top 50) So I guess my reward was T4A fragments I usually wouldn’t make quite the cutoff for.

But it also seems that those who didn't login in time to get the original comp message, thereby having the unclaimable comp in their stash, have not received anything yet. Yesterday they shared optimism that it was going out later in the day. Today it is clear that they didn't get it done, so we are stuck waiting until Monday to find out what's going on. And even worse, it wouldn't surprise me if it once again fails to go out prior to another glory store reset. I can't blame anyone for losing patience at this point.

Customer service from this company is a **** show, how is it acceptable to not even bother to let the player base know the compensation isn't going out as planned and then just **** off for your weekend?
It takes 30-seconds to post an apology, can't get it out today will have more updates next week. It's lazy, it's unprofessional and all it shows is Kabam don't give a **** about their players.

I, therefore, expect nothing but bugs, empty rhetoric, shotty error filled updates, and flawless and endless "deals" while ignoring the real Quality of Life of their over-milked marks.
From this Summoner, who has been here since Day 1, Kabam has broken my trust. I've given the benefit of the doubt for nearly 10 years and witnessed Kabam come up short time and again. I, therefore, expect nothing but bugs, empty rhetoric, shotty error filled updates, and flawless and endless "deals" while ignoring the real Quality of Life of their over-milked marks.
Looks like game devs are only good at setting up the deals. At this point I'm not sure we'll ever get this compensation unless they hire some new guy who has some skill with this type of things, current ones don't look very skilled
