Need Help (email changed and password)

Hello guys,
Recently i have been contacting kabam via ticket that I dont have access to my old email and want to change it. I provided all owership perfectly as to my best of abilty (with the help of my apple id as to when my first achievement was, and guessed my creation). I contacted many times to change my game account email to a new one. They kept saying no it cant be changed cos i am providing wrong infos yet they tell me which is wrong. Any ways, yesterday my email was changed to the one i wanted and idk how it was changed? So now i login to my account using my NEW email. But when i try to request a password change, i dont receive any email/code. Mind you that, my old email has changed to a new one on the game account and i used that email to contact them. And heres what they said. It makes no sense???? Cos my email changed yet i cant request to change password. Someone help meee???

If you still have access to your Apple ID, then the thing you want to look for is not first achievement, but when you "purchased" the game as that is likely to be on or near the first time you played the game. When you download a free app like MCOC for the very first time, Apple records that as a zero dollar purchase. So look in your Apple purchase history for an MCOC "purchase" of zero dollars, and that's probably your first download date, and probably your first play date.
The fact that you say you logged in with a "new email" but don't get a password change message suggests to me you are confused about what these terms mean. When you first download the game, the game is linked to your Apple ID, which means you can log into your game account automatically without having to provide login ID or password, as long as your Apple device is logged into your Apple ID. But to be able to access your game account from other devices, or from other Apple IDs if you change that, or to access multiple game accounts if you play more than one, you need a Kabam ID and password. That Kabam ID is an email address that will be associated with your game account.
If you originally created a Kabam ID and password, and the ID was an email address (which it should be normally), and you then lose access to that email address, you should change your Kabam ID to be an email address you still control. But to make any changes to your game account you need to pass security verification questions. Kabam support will not tell you which questions you get wrong if you get any wrong, because that would defeat the purpose of having security verification questions. People could just keep guessing until they got them right.
I have no idea what you mean when you say your old email has been changed to the new email. I have no idea what you mean when you say you use your new email to request a password change but don't get the change message. So unfortunately I don't know how to advise further.
When you login to mcoc, a screen pops up as to either sign in or create account. I click on the sign in button to login in and type in my password and email (xlx_*****@hotmail.com). I dont have access to my email anymore. I contacted kabam multiple times to change the email to Van*****@outlook.com providing the security questions liked date of creation of account (my achievements says 201*, first original name (dont exactly remember as it was 2015) first 2 time real purchases (on apple id says 201* with the month). After all these kabam says its wrong info and doesnt match.
After multiple rejections of my changing my game acclunt email (xlx_*****@hotmail.com) to the new one, i tried logging into the game and it says xlx_*****@hotmail.com doesnt exist. Then I tried using the new email van****@outlook.com to see if i could login. Indeed incould so therefore i could see that my game email was changed. But now i do wanna change my password also. I type in my new email Van*****@outlook.com to receive a code, but that email never comes.
Any suggestions or help?
Im assuming i downloaded the game on may 1st 2015? Therefore creation date is that also i guess. @DNA3000

You have to know how it was changed because you’re the only one that can do it.
If it’s iPhone, tap on settings.
Go to “Game Center”.
Scroll to bottom and sign out.
Sign back in with your hotmail.

Yes ive always used my old hotmail account and never ever changed it.
